Strategic Planning
An organization must achieve integration, synchronization, and alignment of its actions to ensure that everyone is working in a common direction to achieve the stated vision.

At Organizational Harmony we use a modified CQI and Hoshin strategic planning process. We begin with an assessment of the gap between the current reality and the organization's vision. Then planning occurs based on the culture of the organization, normally we recommend establishing parameters where bottom-up planning with top-down refinement can occur. The act of establishing a common direction and alignment can conflict with the individual’s need for a sense of control. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure employees and customers, are involved in establishing the direction, parameters, and objectives of the organization. This establishes ownership and a sense of control. It is also necessary to ensure that the individuals are given a continued sense of control and opportunities for innovation.

Make your strategic plan something besides a dust collector.
Many organizations develop plans; very few actually implement them. Once objectives or goals are set, they must become the plan of the organization; be delegated to departments, teams, and individuals within the organization; and be implemented.
Research has shown that 90% of all strategic plans do not get implemented. Our techniques will not only help you develop an effective plan but we will help you ensure implementation and results from your plan.
